What types of sessions do you offer?
Sessions include restorative bodywork, structural and compression-focused work, pelvic and sexual function support, traditional Lomilomi, lymphatic support, and nano infusion treatments. All offerings are practical applications of a broader body of work examining posture, embodiment, and nervous-system health across the lifespan.
Are sessions sexual in nature?
No. All sessions are strictly professional, non-sexual, and provided within ethical and legal boundaries of licensed massage therapy and professional bodywork.
What should I expect during a first session?
Your first session includes a brief intake conversation, consent clarification, and hands-on work aligned with your comfort and goals. Education or guidance may be included when appropriate.

​Are sessions medical or clinical treatment?
No. Sessions are not medical treatment and do not diagnose or treat disease. This work supports comfort, awareness, circulation, and function and may complement other healthcare when appropriate.
Do you work with women and aging adults?
Yes. Care is provided to men, women, and aging adults, with sessions adapted for mobility, comfort, health history, and individual needs.
​What should I wear or bring?
Wear comfortable clothing. Specific guidance will be provided if needed based on the session type.
Do I need to know which session to book?
No. If you’re unsure, you may request an appointment and briefly describe your goals or concerns. Session focus can be clarified prior to or at the beginning of your visit.

Is Lomilomi the same as Swedish or deep tissue massage?
No. Lomilomi is a traditional Hawaiian form of bodywork with its own lineage, philosophy, and approach. It is offered with respect for its cultural foundations and is distinct from Swedish or deep tissue techniques.
